The Flamingos

This piece is acrylic on a stretched canvas. I was inspired by the idea of idea of love and togetherness. I chose to do plastic yard flamingos for two main reasons. One being I like how pink can pop among other colors, and two because I am from a desert state, plastic yard flamingos are pretty common with most houses in my area. I eventually settled with them being covered in snow to represent hardship, and how they're still in love through hard times.
